These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between movbit.vip ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the movbit.vip website and associated services ("you," "the User," or "the Player"). The Platform is owned and operated by movbit.vip, a licensed online gaming operator regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing movbit.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

movbit.vip reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform with a reasonable notice period. Use of movbit.vip is strictly restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law for participation in casino-style online gambling;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play;
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, contractor, or agent of movbit.vip, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from movbit.vip or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform through the national self-exclusion registry.

movbit.vip may request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and restriction of all transactions until verification is completed.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold one (1) account on movbit.vip at any time. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

movbit.vip is obligated under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to permitting real-money transactions. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

As part of KYC, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A clear photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID);
• A recent selfie photograph holding the submitted ID;

movbit.vip aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 30 minutes during regular business hours. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC completion.

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 years or older only;
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless otherwise specified;
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances and will be applied to wagers after real-money funds are exhausted, unless a promotion specifies otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed without cash value;
• Winnings derived from bonus funds remain as bonus balance until the full wagering requirement is satisfied, at which point they convert to withdrawable real-money balance;
• movbit.vip reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold related winnings where abuse, collusion, or exploitation of bonus terms is detected;
• Cash deposits made to satisfy a bonus wagering requirement must have been genuinely at risk — bets on prohibited game categories or at stakes below the minimum bet threshold do not count toward wagering requirements.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all movbit.vip account holders at no charge and without need for support contact unless otherwise noted:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that prevent you from funding your account beyond your chosen amount;

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 months;

The following actions are strictly prohibited on movbit.vip and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others to do so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including live dealer, poker, or team-based betting strategies;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform without written authorization;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs for financial gain rather than reporting them to support;
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of sports betting fraud;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering) in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160);
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions;
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions without legitimate basis;
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing movbit.vip staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or redistributing any Platform content without written authorization.

All content on the movbit.vip Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive property of movbit.vip or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from movbit.vip without prior written consent.

movbit.vip collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The collection and use of your personal information is described in detail in the movbit.vip Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. movbit.vip will not sell your personal data to third parties. Necessary sharing with PAGCOR, financial institutions, and fraud-prevention services is conducted under data sharing agreements consistent with Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, movbit.vip and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunities arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or regulatory interruptions;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials;
• Losses arising from changes to applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory requirements that necessitate modifications to Platform services;
• Accuracy or completeness of any third-party information displayed on the Platform, including sports statistics, odds feeds, or external event data.

movbit.vip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

movbit.vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes;
• Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age;
• Account registered by a player who is subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Genuine technical or security concerns requiring account review.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, movbit.vip will complete the review within 30 business days unless the matter requires referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR, in which case the timeline will be extended accordingly. If an account is closed for reasons other than breach of Terms, any legitimate real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting movbit.vip Support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Upon closure, any unsettled bets will be voided and the stakes refunded, and any remaining real-money balance will be paid out to the player's registered payment method.

In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, transaction, bonus, or other aspect of the movbit.vip service, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to movbit.vip Support via live chat or email within 48 hours of the relevant event. Provide your account username, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of the issue. Game-related disputes must be raised within 48 hours; transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days.
2. Step 2 — First-Level Review: movbit.vip Support will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and provide an initial response within 5 business days. For complex cases requiring game log analysis or payment verification, the review period may extend to 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the first-level response, you may escalate to the movbit.vip compliance team, who will conduct an independent review. Escalated disputes are resolved within 15 business days.
4. Step 4 — PAGCOR Referral: If no resolution is reached through the internal process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player complaints division for formal adjudication. movbit.vip will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation.

The Platform's server-side game logs and transaction records constitute the authoritative record in all disputes and will be relied upon by movbit.vip and any regulatory authority reviewing the matter.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and specifically to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction for matters within its competence, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the movbit.vip Platform.

movbit.vip operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine gambling laws including, without limitation, Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended), Republic Act No. 9487, and all PAGCOR-issued regulations, circulars, and directives.

movbit.vip may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that substantively affect player rights, financial terms, or regulatory obligations — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before taking effect, and will be prominently displayed on the Platform.

Non-material changes (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in Platform features) may be made without notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your only recourse is to close your account in accordance with Section 13. Continued use of the movbit.vip Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
